Arrangements for meals should be made when lodging is reserved. Changes in meal arrangements may be made with 24 hour notice by contacting Reservations or by stopping by the Business Office. No credit is given for missed meals.

Special Needs and Requests

If you need a special diet plan for meals during your stay, Windermere at most times can meet those needs at no additional cost. However, in some cases an additional charge may be incurred.

Also if you are planning a retreat at Windermere and have a special meal, snack or dessert that you would like to have served, please contact the Food Services Coordinator. With advance planning our staff can convert your special recipes and serve them during your stay.
