Volunteer Program

Windermere would consider it a privilege and an honor for you to join us as your place of service to the Lord. The talents and skilled hands that volunteers bring are vital to the work and ministry performed here at Windermere Baptist Conference Center.

"Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord. Because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain."

Corinthians 15:58

Volunteers generally work about 6 hours a day. Some of the areas where volunteers serve are:

  • Food Service
  • Gardening and Landscaping
  • Gift Shop
  • Grounds Care
  • Housekeeping and Laundry
  • Maintenance
  • Office
  • Painting
  • Repair Work
