Our guests, our staff, and their families are at the center of everything we do. With that in mind, I’d like to take the time to address concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the steps we’re taking at Windermere to keep people safe and healthy.
We’re closely monitoring the situation and following guidance from public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. We’re able to make ongoing assessments and stay in constant communication with our staff, providing them information and guidance as developments unfold.
Our facility’s cleanliness is always a top priority for us, and now more than ever. In addition to our regular cleaning procedures, we’re increasing our sanitization measures with extra attention to guest rooms, the dining hall, and high traffic areas.
Staff care is at the core of our commitment. For all of our staff, we continue to be flexible, to focus on prevention, and to encourage them to stay at home if they are not feeling well.
We understand this situation is at the forefront of all of our minds right now. As circumstances continue to change, our goal remains to provide a safe and welcoming destination for all guests.
We remain confident in God’s constant presence and authority and invite you to pray with us for those affected by COVID-19 around the world.
