How We’ve Adjusted—and Continue to Adjust—to the Changing Situation

As we head into the Summer of 2020, Windermere is prepared to keep guests safe, responding to the latest developments related to COVID-19.

People are our priority. We take the safety and health of our visitors, staff, and the wider world seriously.

We work hard to implement directives from the CDC, Missouri Department of Health, and local government.

We hope to create more Windermere stories this summer! We are in the midst of preparations for a fun-filled season, ready to open up our campgrounds as soon as it’s safe to do so.

We’re ready to make necessary adjustments to our summer offerings and will update guests and staff as soon as possible.

We are augmenting our screening and safety protocols to promote a healthful environment for our guests and staff.

Our on-staff health director is well-informed, well-trained, and able to respond quickly to a wide range of medical issues.

We are reinforcing health screenings and physicals for all participants in our programs this summer. However, we understand that scheduling medical appointments may be a challenge right now. We ask attendees (or their guardians) to complete as much paperwork as possible as soon as they are able.

For those who face unforeseen financial hardship, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
